• Make sure you have read the Instructions for vid submissions (see link above) very carefully! Be certain that your vids meet the submission criteria (e.g., slash) and are in the proper format for electronic or snail mail submission before filling out this form!
   
• Remember that each single vidder may submit no more than three total vids (including collaborations). Please fill out the name of the single submitting vidder (not a collaboration or team name) in the "vidder name" field on this page.
   
• A collaboration or team vid will be counted as one of the three permitted submissions of the collaborator who submits it. If more than one of the collaborators is submitting vids, they may decide among themselves which one will submit the collaboration.
   
• You do not need to submit all your vids at once. If you fill out this form more than once, be sure to use the same name and email address on the first page of each form.
   
• Again, the "vidder name" field on this page is for the name of the vidder who is submitting the vid(s) to CON.TXT. You will have the opportunity on the next page to indicate for each individual submitted vid any other name that should be used for crediting that vid.
